"SPOTLIGHT" narra la escalofriante historia real de c贸mo la investigaci贸n period铆stica llevada a cabo por el Boston Globe (ganadora del Premio Pulitzer) desentierra los abusos sexuales cometidos por la iglesia cat贸lica de Boston, con m谩s de 1.000 v铆ctimas. Aunque pudiera que esta cifra no fuera siquiera un n煤mero aproximado, estim谩ndose que al menos el 10% de sacerdotes y hermanos cometer铆an abuso amparados bajo la m谩s poderosa impunidad.

In December 2002, Cardinal Law resigned from the Boston Archdiocese. He was re-assigned to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome, one of the highest ranking Roman Catholic churches in the world.
